1.  GENERAL:  These Terms and Conditions apply to the drcareers.ca web site (also referred to as “this web site”).  When used in these Terms and Conditions, “CMA” includes the Canadian Medical Association, its subsidiaries, affiliates and respective officers, directors and employees.

The posting of jobs by employers, the searching of jobs by job seekers or the creation of job alerts are subject to the Workopolis Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.  Please read them carefully.

CMA reserves the right to modify or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.  Please review them on a regular basis for any changes.  Your continued use of this web site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as revised from time to time.
