The Division of Medical Oncology & Hematology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, University of Toronto

The Division of Medical Oncology & Hematology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto has full-time and casual part-time job opportunities for General Practitioners in Oncology who enjoy the challenges and rewards of caring for this group of acutely ill cancer patients. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals, able to work independently, and who liaise appropriately with the oncology multidisciplinary care team. Potential work schedules include one week on/one week off, although flexibility in scheduling will certainly be offered.

Successful candidates must be comfortable in providing comprehensive general medical care, including emergency assessments, formulation of care plans, bedside procedures, and discussions with patients and their families. Candidates must be registered for independent practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and have a valid OHIP billing number.
