The Board is looking for an outstanding collaborative leader who understands the Ontario Public Health legislative framework and can provide leadership within the political context of public health. A public health leader who can, in collaboration with the CEO, maintain a positive public image for the health unit and positive and effective working relations with partner agencies, and be the spokesperson for the health unit on matters of public health significance and/or local emergency situations.
