LOCUM IN NEPHROLOGY

The Division of Nephrology within the Department of Medicine at Queen’s University is seeking interested candidates to provide temporary locum coverage, with a negotiable term of six months, with the possibility of renewal, beginning as soon as possible. The Division of Nephrology provides specialist clinical care to a large catchment area at Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Locums will provide clinical care through the activities of the Division of Nephrology, which will include outpatient clinics and dialysis, call, and inpatient consult services. Queen’s University and its affiliated hospitals will expect the successful applicant to teach and supervise medical students and postgraduate physician trainees. A highly competitive remuneration is provided and candidates must be eligible for licensure in Nephrology by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario for Independent Practise.
