Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) is a state of the art 395 funded bed acute care facility that serves the people of Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario, covering a region of over 250,000 residents that are scattered over geographical area the size of France. TBRHSC is the Regional Trauma Centre and the Regional Cancer Program for all of Northwestern Ontario.  You will find that we offer a broad range of surgical specialities including: Vascular, Urology, Plastic, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, Bariatric, Neurosurgery etc, and by 2025 Cardiac Surgery.
