Memory Clinic — Toronto Memory Program is seeking a neurologist, geriatrician, or care of the elderly trained family physician, with an interest in Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, to join our multidisciplinary, community-based, OHIP-funded memory clinic. We have been providing expert consultations and care for patients and caregivers in the Greater Toronto Area since 1996. We are a leading dementia trial site for Phase I-III multinational treatment trials and committed to advancing therapeutics in dementia.
