Career Opportunity in Cardiology
The Division of Cardiology is seeking Full Time Associate Non-Invasive Cardiologists.
The Division of Cardiology at William Osler Health System (Osler) continues to expand services and in addition to general cardiology, ideal candidates should be able to provide subspecialty expertise. Fellowship training in advanced echocardiography, heart failure, critical care and structural heart disease would be considered an asset. The candidates will participate in on-call and diagnostic cardiology coverage at all 3 hospital sites and will be expected to have community-based outpatient practices to help serve the citizens of the Osler catchment region. The position requires excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an asset as we serve a highly diverse population. Remuneration is fee-for-service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees.
As an affiliated academic community teaching site for the McMaster University Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine: Family Medicine program and a key clinical partner for the new School of Medicine with Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), there is ample opportunity to participate in clinical education with medical students and residents.

The candidate must have a certificate of registration to practise from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and have fellowship in Cardiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
