A diagnostic radiologist is required to join a group of four radiologists located at the Cobequid Community Health Center site of Central Zone, Nova Scotia Health. The candidate will be an FRCPC or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiology and be eligible for a full license in Nova Scotia.  Preference will go to individuals with fellowship training and experience in musculoskeletal or abdominal radiology.  Administration experience would be an asset.  At least five years of practice in a community setting would also be an asset.

The Cobequid Community Health Center site is currently an outpatient facility situated in Lower Sackville serving the needs of the Halifax Regional Municipality, but there is a plan to add inpatient capacity at the site within the next three years.  It is home to the one of the busiest emergency departments in Nova Scotia.

All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, in accordance with Canadian immigration requirements, Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada will be given priority.
