Compensation Package Highlights:

  • Annual salary: guaranteed $588,261 WRVU incentive above 9,158@$50 per WRVU
  • Signing bonus: $50,000
  • Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
  • Relocation expense reimbursement: $15,000

Practice Highlights:

  • Hospital-based cardiology practice with modern office less than one mile from the hospital.
  • Succession planning for 2 cardiologists currently providing services to our local community for over 30 years.
  • Midlevel support.
  • Call 1:4 with strong support from robust Hospitalist team.
  • Onsite cardiac testing to include: EKG, exercise stress test, 3, 5, 7, and 14-day Holter monitoring, pacemaker and ICD follow-up, pacemaker, ICD and ILR remote follow-up, transthoracic echocardiography
  • Hospital services include: cardiac consultation and follow-up, pacemaker implantation, implantable loop recorders, cardiac PET imaging, nuclear imaging, cardiac stress testing
  • Soon to have cardiac cath lab on-site at Samaritan.
  • Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
  • Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs
