ANESTHESIOLOGISTS – Full & Part Time Positions
The Department of Anesthesia, at Windsor Regional Hospital, is currently recruiting for full and part time Anesthesiologists to join its team! These positions offer great flexibility, and work/life balance, and include a very attractive fee-for-service compensation with call stipend, relocation funding, and a $100,000 return of service incentive for full time equivalent positions.
Windsor Regional Hospital’s Anaesthesiologist group covers 22 operating rooms, spanning two acute care sites and delivers a broad range of medical care from perioperative anaesthesia assessment to advanced service in many perioperative settings. The group supports the subspecialties of Neurosurgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Oral & Maxillofacial, General, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Urology, Plastics and Obstetrics/Gynecology. Close to 30,000 surgical procedures are done each year, as well as, approximately 3800 births.
The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care to Windsor and Essex County. WRH also has an affiliation with the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry and candidates have an opportunity to participate in surgical education at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Qualifications
Applicant Physicians must be certified, or eligible for certification, by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and hold, or be able to obtain, an Ontario independent license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. CPSO pathway licensure is available for US Board Certified Physicians.
