Family Physician

Provital Health & Wellness a Calgary based Collaborative Medical Clinic in Marda Loop is looking for a full-time or part-time experienced and dedicated physician who is interested in practicing in an integrated environment. 

The Collaborative team consists of Nurses, Psychologists, Dietitians, Kinesiologists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractor and a Naturopath.  Phlebotomy and ECG’s are handled on site also.  You will have an administration team to support all your referrals and follow-ups, your own private office with attached examination room and a nurse to support you/patients.  The Physician income will be based on an hourly guaranteed rate with no overhead or split.  We have flexible working hours and are open 6 days a week, you will be working alongside 4 other Exceptional Physicians.  Heated underground parking is available.  The Physician must be licensed to work in Alberta.  Provital will pay up to $3000 of moving and relocation expenses if applicant is out of the city.
