Locum Forensic Pathologist, New Zealand

Our client provides a mortuary service including Forensic and Coronial post-mortem services to the Ministry of Justice, Coroners and the New Zealand Police. As a locum you will be based in Wellington preferably for a period of 2 months commencing at the end May, but this locum could be job shared with 2 pathologists doing 1 month each.

Qualifications required: -

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • To hold a Post Graduate qualification in Pathology recognised by the Medical Council of New Zealand for locum tenens registration
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Forensic Pathology, having worked 20 hours each week within the last 22 out of 36 months
  • Provide clinical services in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
  • Comply with all relevant New Zealand legislation

Salary NZD 380,000 to 400,000 per annum pro-rata
