Right now we are looking for one:

CHILD/ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRIST

This is a unique opportunity to join a collegial Department with over twenty eight active members in a community academic hospital. Humber has a strong and diverse Mental Health program occupying the fifth floor of our new, state-of-the-art facility with diverse outpatient programs, six child & adolescent inpatient beds and fifty eight adult beds, and a dedicated Emergency Psychiatry Unit in the Emergency Department.

The skill set required includes child and adolescent outpatient care, support for transition services and emergency and urgent care, and ability for cross coverage of child and adolescent inpatients. Interest in teaching will be considered a strong asset.

In addition to demonstrated clinical excellence, you require relevant certification from the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada and are a member of, or eligible for membership with, the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario.
