Because of increase in patient census and resulting patient visits Siddiqui Medical Clinic is looking for one Family physician to practice at: 9129 35 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5Y1. The Clinic features Inter-Professional Team (IPT) including Mental Health nurse, Registered nurse, Dietician and a visiting internist. A pharmacy on location.
Job duties:
To provide primary care to patients of the clinic, including diagnosis and treating medical disorders, interpreting medical tests, prescribing medications, and making referrals to specialist physicians as appropriate.
The terms of employment:
Permanent, Full-Time, Fee-for-Service position. (Split 80/20) for overhead expenses.
Education/Professional Qualifications Required:
Medical degree; the candidates must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP) certified or eligible.
Language proficiency: Strong English, Hindi and Urdu language skills are required
Required license or certification: eligibility for Alberta Medical License
