Our client, Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) (, is made up of two partner sites, Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, a 54-bed community hospital located just west of London, Ontario and Four Counties Health Services, a primary care facility providing emergency care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation services, located midway between London and Chatham in the beautiful southwest Ontario region.  MHA offers inpatient and outpatient acute care services including emergency and intensive care, medical/surgical care, maternal/child care, diagnostic and rehabilitation services.  In addition, a wide range of health services are provided by skilled health professionals working in multidisciplinary teams within a variety of ambulatory clinics including day surgery, ECG, stress testing, respirology, cardiology, colposcopy, endoscopy, audiology, dermatology, psychiatry, radiology, ultrasound, orthopaedic clinic, and an active and successful Adult Day Centre.  

MHA is seeking a full-time or part-time General Adult Psychiatrist to support their inpatient, Emergency Department, and outpatient Adult Psychiatry services.   Join the clinical services team as a staff Psychiatrist.

The successful candidate will provide inpatient and emergency department consult service in addition to outpatient service.  Staff Psychiatrists have the option to have a personal office / clinic on site where they attend outpatients and private patients, either in post-hospitalization follow-up or as referred by other physicians in the community.

Physicians at MHA have the opportunity to educate and mentor medical students and residents from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, London, Ontario, with professional staff members at MHA eligible to hold a University appointment.
