Hematologist - Bone Marrow Transplant

 

The Saskatchewan Blood and Marrow Transplant Program is seeking to a permanent full-time hematologist to join our team in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will have a degree in medicine with subspecialty training in internal medicine and hematology. Additional training in stem cell and bone marrow transplant is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Canadian transplant fellowship during the past five years. Cancer Agency oncologists are eligible for a clinical appointment in the Division of Oncology, College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. Additional incentives to be determined.

Requirements and Credentials:

  • Preferred candidates will have obtained certification in internal medicine and hematology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or have equivalent education, training and experience.
  • Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
  • Must be eligible for membership and privileges with the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Saskatoon.
