ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a dynamic Primary Care Physician to join our interprofessional team. ConnectWell Community Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including HOOPP.

ConnectWell Community Health is a community governed not-for-profit primary health care organization. As a fully accredited health centre, ConnectWell provides primary health care, health promotion and illness prevention services to individuals, families and the broader community. Our team at ConnectWell includes Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Respiratory Therapist, Dietitian, Health Promoter/Systems Navigator, Certified Diabetes Educators, Psychotherapists, IT and Administrative Support. Services are provided by salaried interdisciplinary teams working to their fullest possible scope in a collaborative practice to address the health and wellbeing needs of the people we serve.

ConnectWell Community Health – Beachburg Site is situated in Whitewater Region and Bonnechere Valley in the villages of Cobden, Beachburg and Eganville in Renfrew County. We are located near the Ottawa River, home of the world-renowned whitewater rafting. It is a great recreational area with affordable housing (waterfront, rural or urban). Consider outdoor adventure from your back yard without having to work in a remote area!
