During the next 2 months, Woman360Care will be recruiting a second MD to join our Family Physician division. Due to an increased demand, the position will be focused on advancing all spectrums of Women’s and Children’s health.

Physician Roles & Responsibilities

Woman360Care is looking for attentive, conscientious candidate with training in diverse medical areas for the position of Physician “Family Doctor”. Physician is expected to mainly focus on Women’s and Children’s Health to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data and offer continuous support and health management advice. You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend external specialists when patients require treatment outside of your medical purview. 

There is also opportunity to include surgical assist for c-sections and gynecology procedures, through out surgical department.

Physician should take a vested interest in a patient's well-being. This is achieved by demonstrating good listening skills, showing empathy, understanding and communicating clearly and effectively.

Education/Certification/Licenses

Medical degree approved by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) required.                                                                Post Graduate training in Family Practice Medicine, CCFP.                                                                                                                      Canadian Medical Protection Association in good standing                                                                                                                      Ontario Medical Association (OMA)

NOTE: For physicians who have not done Surgical Assisting in a while, we provide further refresher courses.
